Millworks Fund Series II

Millworks Fund Series II (Millworks II) is an investment fund committed to strengthening New Hampshire’s startup community and attracting additional investment dollars to New Hampshire. The fund is comprised of 40 individual investors from across New Hampshire, including representatives from development, banking, investment, accounting, legal, healthcare, and high-tech communities and the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority. Millworks II has committed to provide $600,000 per year for three years to New Hampshire startup companies through the New Hampshire High Technology Council’s annual TechOut competition and through Alpha Loft’s Accelerate NH program.

Elizabeth "Liz" Hitchcock

Liz Hitchcock is a philanthropist and entrepreneur.

She currently serves as co-managing member at 10x Venture Partners, New Hampshires largest and most active angel group.

She was part of the founding team at Dyn, an internet technology company.  While at Dyn, Liz served as the first sales and marketing person and then the first leader of those departments as the company grew.

Liz has also been involved in several other startup companies and is a board member at St Mary's Bank. She spends a great deal of time focusing on her passion for the arts by assisting several nonprofits on boards and committees.

Liz is on the board of the Currier Museum of Art.  Wanting to give back to the community philanthropically, Liz and her husband recently created the Hitchcock Family Foundation through the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Graham "Gray" Chynoweth

Gray Chynoweth is an executive, board member and investor. 

He currently serves as co-managing member at 10x Venture Partners, New Hampshires largest and most active angel group.

In addition, Gray is working with DEKA Research to establish the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI).

Gray helped Dyn scale from less than 20 to more than 400 employees, raise more than $38,000,000 in venture capital funding, grow revenue 30x and establish global operations, with offices in the US, the UK and Australia. 

He serves or has served as a director for numerous for-profit and non-profit corporations.

He has a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated magna cum laude.
